2. **Operational Oversight** — Day-to-day operations are monitored closely, so that issues are identified early and dealt with practically.
3. **Leasing and Occupancy** — We work to keep buildings well let, with attention to tenant quality, lease structures and long-term occupancy.
4. **Capital Expenditure Planning** — Refurbishment and maintenance are planned deliberately, balancing asset quality, cost control and disruption to occupiers.
5. **Property Positioning** — Each asset is positioned clearly within its market, so that its specification, service and pricing make sense to occupiers.
6. **Stakeholder Coordination** — Managing agents, contractors, advisers and occupiers are coordinated professionally, with clear communication throughout.
7. **Performance Review** — Operational and financial performance is reviewed regularly against plan, and the plan itself is challenged where needed.
