4. **Acquisition and Execution** — Transactions are executed with clear decision-making, realistic timetables and professional counterparties.
5. **Active Asset Management** — Each asset is managed to a defined business plan covering occupancy, operations, works and cost control.
6. **Long-Term Value Creation** — Performance is reviewed regularly, and hold, improvement or exit decisions are taken with a long-term perspective.
